Freedom for Immigrants joined the ACLU of Florida and other partners in filing this complaint, which demonstrates that mistreatment at the Baker County Detention Center is gravely endangering the health, safety, and welfare of the many individuals detained there each year. There is extensive evidence that Baker cannot safely care for detained immigrants and people continue to suffer as these conditions continue.
