As Operations Coordinator, Jair’s work at FFI combines his love of improving systems, offering partner support, and working collaboratively toward liberation. 

Jair keeps the FFI office and team functioning smoothly by managing and distributing information among teams, coordinating and tracking administrative systems, and co-creating and implementing operational policies and processes that align with FFI’s theory of change. 

In his day-to-day work, Jair enjoys problem-solving and bringing his heart, creativity, and care to projects, issues, and people. Jair is deeply committed to positively impacting the social justice community while striving to drive meaningful change through his work. 

Jair is service-driven and has spent most of his career in the customer service industry, with his most extended position as a sales professional at a large automotive dealership. He lives in Maryland, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
