Strategic Plan: 2025-2027

Freedom for Immigrants (FFI) released its three-year Strategic Plan in September 2024 alongside its updated mission statement and theory of change. Covering fiscal years 2025-2027, the plan serves as a blueprint to restructure, and eventually grow, the organization to fit FFI’s new vision. Ongoing programming and fundraising benchmarks detailed in the plan converge around four main pillars:

1. Centering directly impacted people;

2. Centering Black liberation;

3. Working alongside the movement to end criminal incarceration;

4. Restructuring and resourcing the organization to support our new theory of change.
