Freedom for Immigrants document, categorize, and verify to the extent possible human and civil rights abuses in immigrant prisons and jails across the country on a daily basis. We are in direct contact with people in immigration detention through visits, tours, and our national hotline.

This form is a resource for people who have been directly impacted by detention, advocates, legal service providers, volunteers and/or whistleblowers.  All of the information gathered through this form will be aggregated and anonymized. We use the data and stories we gather to engage in advocacy, push for systemic change and to address rights violations.

For more information, please visit our page on Monitoring and Investigations.

This form meant for data collection and monitoring purposes only. If you need help from Freedom for Immigrants please go to our Support Request Form.
